Baked Haitian Fish

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 huge onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • four tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • half cup sparkling orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon floor black pepper

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (one hundred seventy five tiers C). Place flounder fillets in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix lime juice, parsley, and salt collectively in a small bowl. Pour over fillets.

Notes :

  • Use tilapia fillets in place of flounder, if preferred.
