- Add the boiling water to a good size saucepan.
- Drop the spaghetti in and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add the milk to a saucepan also add the chives and cheese and whisk in the cheddar cheese. Keep whisking until it melts and thickens. If too thick add a little boiling water and stir..
