- Take a cup of poha and wash it well..
- Take a pan, use one tbsp of ghee and roast the cashew and almonds. Keep it aside..
- Now in the same pan saute the poha for a few minutes. Keep it aside..
- Pour water into the pan and add saffron or kesari powder (if you do not have both then you can add turmeric powder) and let it boil..
- Now add the poha, stir it till the poha gets thick..
- As it thickens, add the sugar..
- Now the stir the kesari till it gets a little thick..
- Add a tbsp of ghee and mix it well..
- Garnish with almonds and cashew..
