  9. Prepare of Toasted Sesame Seeds.

  1. Wash Rice then cook as normal..
  2. Drain the canned Mackerel, remove bones, and roughly flake. Place in a heat-proof bowl, add Ginger, and sprinkle with Sake, Mirin and Soy Sauce. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, take out and stir, then heat 1 more minutes..
  3. Add the mackerel mixture and finely chopped Spring Onion to freshly cooked hot rice, and mix to combine evenly..
