  1. Starting with Green rice ball • blend pandan leaves with water and strain mix pandan juice with glutinous rice flour + tapioca flour.
  2. Steam purple sweet potato until cooked (10-15 mins) mix with glutinous rice flour + tapioca flour and some water (how much exactly water depend on sweet potato texture).
