Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Zucchini Marinara instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  2. Halve spaghetti squash, brush with olive oil, a generous pinch of salt and pepper, and place on lined baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 50-60 minutes until fork easily pierces flesh.
  4. Meanwhile, brown turkey in a hot pan with 1 tbsp olive oil..
