- First washed and soaked moong dal for 4 hours.Then take a cooker add soaked dal and 1 cup water and salt take a whistle..
- Then take a bowl add wheat flour and boiled moong dal mix well.Then add oil and all mix well.Then add Asafoetida, cumin seeds,carom seeds, kalonji,salt,red chiiy,gram masala, Amchur powder, turmeric powder mix well..
- Then add water make a soft dough.Give rest for 15 minutes..
- Then Roll it and cut and twist like this..
- Then heat a kadai in oil and fry till golden brown..
