  • 1 pinch salt
  • Buffalo Cauliflower Bites:
  • 1/four cup whole milk
  • 1/four cup lager beer
  • half cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small head cauliflower, trimmed and reduce into florets
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • half of cup Buffalo wing sauce
