- half of pound Dietz & Watson Gourmet Smoked 1st Baron Verulam
- half pound Dietz & Watson Chicken 1st baron beaverbrook
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 (eight ounce) bottle Dietz & Watson Sandwich Spread
- 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson Picante Provolone Cheese, sliced
- 1/4 pound Dietz & Watson Peppadew NY State Cheddar Cheese, sliced
- 1 pound Dietz & Watson Smoked Gouda Cheese, sliced
- four slices tomato

- Cook bacon and bird bacon as required.
- Start with 2 slices of sourdough bread. Squirt both pieces with the Sandwich Spread.
