Halwa Fusion Delight. Fusion Delight is a deceptively simple name that Hetal has thought of for this dessert par excellence. First, it is a superb amalgamation of tastes we love; Gajar ka Halwa and Apple Cinnamon Sauce. Then there are the various textures; the Gajar ka Halwa with a bit of a bite, super smooth Apple sauce, and a crunchy biscuit base!

Halwa Fusion Delight I already shared the Carrot Halwa or Gajar Ka Halwa recipe and since I had planned on making fusion sweets, I planned to use my gajar halwa as fillings inside chocolates and I used White chocolate and Milk Chocolate flavored Candy Melts for the same. (Candy Melts almost behave like tempered chocolates and retain their shape and form even at room temp. A winter delight and a must try Halwa recipe. Ingredients of Halwa Fusion Delight

  1. You need 1/2 cup of aloo carrot halwa.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of vanilla custard.

Halwa Fusion Delight step by step

  1. Making aloo carrot halwa. Take one carrot grate it and keep aside. Boil and mash one aloo and keep aside. Now take a deep pan 2 teaspoons add ghee to it and elaichi. Then added grated carrot and stir it, now time to add milk to it and cook well. Once cooked add the aloo and mix well once it combines add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well..
  2. Next rava kesari, I used MTR ready made mix..
  3. Making custard. Take one cup milk and bring it to a boil. Now take 5 tbs milk and two teaspoons custard powder and mix well. Add this to boiled milk and stir well. Now add 5 teaspoon sugar and mix well and cool..
  4. Brownie or sponge you can buy readymade from outside.I bought ice cream from outside..
  5. Layering First add the carrot halwa and layer it..
  6. Then add the custard and layer it..
  7. Then add the browine and layer it and top of it custard again..
  8. Now comes rava kesari..
  9. On top of this ice cream..
  10. Decorate with pomegranate and serve chill..
