Ingredients of Chicken Teriyaki Donburi

  1. You need 17 g of Sweetener.
  2. You need 4 TBSP of Light soy sauce.
  3. Prepare 1 TBSP of Dark soy sauce.
  4. It's 2 TBSP of Rice wine vinegar.
  5. It's 4 of Chicken breasts sliced thinly.
  6. You need 200 g of Jasmine rice.
  7. It's 2 of Medium carrots grated.
  8. It's 1 of Spring onion sliced.
  9. It's of Frylight.

Chicken Teriyaki Donburi step by step

  1. Heat the Sweetener and light soy sauce in a pan until it is simmering and has thickened.
  2. Add the dark soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to the saucepan and stir for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Spray the wok with frylight and add the chicken with a small amount of teriyaki sauce.
  4. Cook the chicken through adding a little sauce as it soaks into the chicken.
  5. Bring the rice to the boil and cook for 13 minutes on a medium heat.
  6. Once the rice is cooked, drain, fluff up with a fork and place in the bowl.
  7. Add the chicken, carrot and spring onion and use the remaining sauce to drizzle over the chicken and rice.
