Ingredients of Yummy kesari kheer
- You need 1 of small bowl bheege huye rice.
- Prepare 100-150 g of sugar.
- You need 1 kg of doodh(full cream).
- It's as needed of dry fruit.
- You need pinch of kesar ya phir elaichi.
Now coming back to today's recipe. This is another sweet which we make often next to rawa kesari. It is yummy and different to normal sweets. You dont need much sugar as you use for rawa kesari.
Yummy kesari kheer instructions
- Boil the milk.and add the rice in it.or doodh ko continuesly hilaatey rahe taaki neechey baithkar chaawal jal na jaaye.
- Jab chaawal pak jaaye tab add the sugar..or ab bhi isey hilaatey rahein..but thoda kam kar saktey hai hilaana kheer ko..
- Jab thodi thickness dikhaayi dene lagey tab add pinch of kesar.and your dry fruit...but remember kismis sabse last mein gas off karne ke baad hi daalein warna doodh phat jaayega...daalkar achchhi consistency aane tak pakaye.or serve karein.
