- It's of Plantains.
- It's 3 of ripe plantains.
- Prepare 2 of eggs (lightly beaten).
- Prepare of Tooth picks.

Stuffed Plantain Pinwheels step by step
- Add in little oil in a frying pam, followed by onions, garlic, ginger, cumin, ground oregano and sweat for about a minute.
