Ingredients of Methi Bhakhari
- It's 1 bowl of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of soyabean flour.
- You need 3 tbsp of methi leaves (finely chopped).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fresh cream (Malia).
- You need 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
- Prepare as needed of Ghee.
- Prepare 1 glass of warm milk.
- You need to taste of Salt.
Methi Bhakhari step by step
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, soyabean flour,salt,methi leaves, ghee,fresh cream,carom seeds(crushed with your both palms) add milk to knead the dough like (paratha dough type)rest it for 30 mins.
- Now make 5 or six balls from dough and make bhakri with rolling pin.
- Heat the tawa roast the Bhakhari from both sides in medium flame when roasted then add two tsp of ghee.serve it with Dal or can have bhakri in breakfast too.
