Bombay halwa instructions
- In a bowl take cornflour and water mix it properly without any lumps..
- Now heat the wok add prepared corn mixture now stir it on lower flame for 15 mins..
- When mixture becomes thick then add saffron mix water, almonds, green cardamom powder mix it properly and stir it continuously..
- Now your mixture take a hold shape then add 2tbs pure ghee mix and stir it continuously..
- Again add remaining pure ghee and stir it continuously and mix it properly..
- Appy this process three times..
- When your mixture leaves oil then turn off the flame..
- Take a tray with butter paper..
- Now evenly spread on prepared mixture.
- Now rest for 30 mins..
- Now cut into pieces and serve it..
- It's ready..
