Ingredients of Sabudana Tikki with chatpata twist
- You need 1 bowl of sabudana/sago(soaked overnight).
- It's 3/4 cup of Frankie Potato Filling.
- It's to taste of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
- It's 1-2 of green chillies.
- You need 2 tsp of coriander leaves.
- Prepare as needed of oil.
Sabudana Tikki with chatpata twist step by step
- Take soaked sabudana and frankie potato filling in a bowl. add dry mango powder, chopped green chilli (if required), few Coriander leaves. You can adjust salt acc to the taste. For potato filling, please see my Veg Frankie Recipe.
- Mix it well to make it like dough. Apply oil on your palms. Take small portion of dough and make tikki balls with your hands. flatten it a bit..
- I have cooked them in air fryer @ 200°© for 15 minutes. You can deep fry or shallow fry them..
- Serve it with fresh mint coriander chutney..
