  2. Prepare 1 cup of Semolina.

Pineapple Kesari (pineapple suji ka halwa) is commonly served in marriages. It is a classic sweet dish prepared with rava and pineapple.   2. Take a pan add 3 tsp of ghee then add cashew nuts and raisins and fry till cashew nuts changes colour and raisins become fluffy and take it into plate..
  3. In the same pan add semolina fry it on medium flame till it changes colour and good nice aroma. And then take it into plate..
  4. In the same add 2 tsp of ghee add pineapple pieces and fry it till become smooth..
  5. Add sugar mix everything well.
  6. Now add water and elachi powder mix everything well and boil it..
  7. Now add fried semolina and elechi mix everything well by adding ghee..
  8. Close the lid and cook it on low flame..
  9. Once rava gets cooked well add remaining ghee and fried nuts and raisins mix everything well..
  10. Yummy, tasty and delicious pineapple sheer is ready to serve. Enjoy this seasonal fruit delicacy with your friends and family..

I love kesari….be it rava kesari or milk kesari or even fruit kesari. I have tasted pineapple kesari twice but never tried it on my own. This time when I bought pineapple I tried pineapple kesari , I love pineapple flavour and the fruit very much so loved it to the core. I made it when we had guests at.
