1. Take ¼ part ghee in a non stick pan and when heated, add the dry fruits in it and fry them for 2-3 mins, take them out in a plate..

3. Now in same pan, add 2 cup of water and when it starts to boil, add the suji in it and mix well till no lumps are formed..
4. Once water is evaporated, add sugar in it and keep mixing.
5. Now add elaichi powder, kesar and dry fruits in it and mix well. Now add the remaining 2 parts of ghee in it and keep mixing..
6. Once the water is evaporated and it gets a bit thick consistency, switch off the heat. Serve it hot and garnish with some dry fruits..
