- It's 1 1/2 cup of roasted Vermicelli (Bambino).
- Prepare 3 cups of water.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of sugar.
- You need 20 of cashews (broken).
- Prepare 20 of rasins.
- You need 2 tsp of ghee.
- Prepare 1 tsp of pineapple essence/ cardamom powder.
- You need 1 pinch of yellow/orange food colour.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.

- Add water to the same pan. Add pineapple essence and yellow food colour..
- When it boils add Vermicelli and salt. Cook till soft..
- Add the sugar and mix till it melts and combines together. Add the roasted cashew and rasins. Mix well..
- You can serve it hot or cold. Stays good for a day if refrigerated..
