Always been a big fan of this dish and I think you will like it too. Feel free to serve over rice if you. Use perogies as a side with slow roasted spare ribs or pork buttons and sauerkraut/onion mixture as the main.   1. First, start preparing filling: *boil potatoes until soft *saute 1/3 of the onion, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in about 2 tbsp butter.
